This is a relaxing evening stroll that takes in first the coastline around the edge of Arnside Prom. Providing the tide is out we will be walking along the beach and heading up through woods with a high chance of seeing some deer. We then take a footpath heading up to the viewpoint on Arnside Knott at 159m and onto the Trig Point a short distance away. A gentle descent into Arnside takes us back to the coast and our cars with the pub literally over the road.
