Ascend Green Gable via Sourmilk gill. Go across Windy Gap, up Great Gable, come back along the climbers traverse beneath Great Napes and down across Stockley bridge back to the cars.
Start - 10:00am at Seathwaite (turn off from the Honister rd) meet by the gate where road ends.
