Description
From Hawkshead village we head towards Loanthwaite
Lane to the summit of Latterbarrow. We
descend Latterbarrow and walk through woodland to Belle Grange ferry stop, on
Windermere Shore. We then take the lake path to Wray Castle. Finally we head back to Hawkshead to sample either
a pub or café. This is a walk with a small fell, woodland, lake shore and fields
offering great variety and amazing views.
