SUNDAY 6TH JULY - INGLEBOROUGH, YORKSHIRE DALES
Ingleborough (723m), Yorkshire Dales
From Clapham village ascent of Ingleborough via Trow Gill limestone gorge and Gaping Gill pot hole. Descent via the extensive limestone pavements at Sulber Nick and Thieves Moss. From there old walled tracks lead to the Norber Erratics - slate boulders balanced on limestone pedestals and back to Clapham.
Start: 10am St James Church, Clapham. Free parking along road near church but if full there is a pay and display car park in village
Car Share: I won't be meeting there but suggest 9:15am at Morrison's Car Park, Kendal
Time: 5-6 hrs
