Meet at Morrisons Kendal for car share at 9.45 am
Meet for start of walk at 10.45 at Froth Pot Car Park, Dunnerdale (GR235995)
Scenic and varied low level walk at the top of the Duddon valley with around 250 m of ascent. Around 6 miles - 3.5 hrs.
Through Dunnerdale Forest, crossing fell to Wallowbarrow crag before crossing the river Duddon and heading past Seathwaite. Back via High Tongue.
